We only use the best of the best printing method. Our apparel items are printed via DTG (direct-to-garment) printing. This is a digital method that sprays eco-friendly water-based ink directly onto the fabric. Since we use water-based inks, the printers minimize waste and energy use as well.
We don’t use vinyl, stickers, screen-printing or sublimation. Our colors are vibrant because of the high-quality DTG printing method we’ve chosen. You’ll get to wear your apparel long-term without the graphic peeling, cracking or chipping away.
DTG printing produces detailed, full-color images with photographic accuracy, making it perfect for intricate designs on custom apparel.
The DTG process is a 3-step process to ensure the best quality.
Pre-treatment
- Pre-treatment allows for multi-color inks to adhere evenly to the garment fibers, enhancing print quality and preventing color fading after washes.
Printing
- Once pre-treatment is complete and dried, the garment is loaded into the printer where the actual digital printing begins.
- For dark shirts and garments, a white ink underbase is printed first to enhance the vibrancy of the final design.
Curing
- After printing, the garment needs heat to cure the ink. This bonds the DTG inks permanently to the fabric and ensures long-lasting print quality.
- Each item is cured with a conveyor dryer. This method provides even heat for faster production and consistent results.
