Return Policy
for purchases made in-store and online
We hope that every item you purchase fits you perfectly and you love it. If purchasing in-store, you are encouraged to try on items before purchase to ensure the right fit. If purchasing online, please review the sizing chart (when available) to ensure appropriate fit. If there is ever a time you are unhappy with something you purchased with us, we want to know so we can make it right.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item is delivered (or from when it's purchased, if you purchased in-store) to request a return. Note: Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. When returns are accepted, your refund will be issued via your original payment method. We do NOT issue store credits, as we feel strongly that you should get your money back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn, unused, undamaged (including deodorant residue & makeup stains), unwashed and with attached tags & (if ordered online) in its original packaging. We will also need to be able to verify that you made the purchase with us.
To request a return in-store, bring the item during open hours and provide your order number. If you'd prefer to mail it, email us (info@andyandjojo.com) to let us know to be looking for your return in the mail and let us know why you want to return it. Return Shipping
If you choose to mail your return to us, you are responsible for covering the cost to ship the item(s). Be sure to package the item appropriately to protect it during shipping. If the item is damaged during its shipping back to us, we cannot provide a refund.
Exchanges
If your item doesn’t fit and we still have your preferred size in stock in an item you want to return and you’d prefer to exchange it, the best way to ensure you get your preferred size (especially if you choose to mail it rather than bring it in-person) is to purchase the item you want on our website to secure it before it sells out of your size. Once your returned item is received (in-person at the storefront or via mail) and inspected to ensure it wasn’t worn, used, damaged, washed and has the tags intact, your refund will be processed. Your refund will be issued via your original payment method.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We don't do store credits. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund on their end.
Exception
We do not accept returns on any sale items. All sales are final on any discounted items. Holiday-specific items must be returned a minimum of 8 business days prior to that holiday.
